DIP University was founded by our Dean, Barren Wuffett, who was born in Omaha on April 20th, 1929. As a child, Barren was often described as a retard and fa**ot, so in his old age, he dedicated his life to teaching other retards, what he wished he once knew as a young man: how to buy the fucking $DIP, and thus DIP University came to be.
