wstETH is a packaged version of stETH. It is by @WETHVitalik team members to find and study relatively good tokens to discuss and promote together. Since some DeFi protocols require a constant balancing mechanism for tokens, wstETH keeps your stETH balance constant and uses the underlying sharing system to reflect the bet rewards you earn.
